Weight loss challenge 2023 details:
​*You put into the pot however much $ is motivating to you ($10,$20,$50,$100..)
*you decide your weight loss goal
(5 pounds, 10 pounds…) it can’t be less than 5 pounds.
*you must weigh in with your money before January 12th
*you must weigh out the week of March 20-23
*if you make your goal you get the money back you put in. 
*If you don’t make your goal your money goes to the pot.
*everyone that makes their goal will get their money back and split what is in the pot from those that didn’t. 
Remember when choosing your goal weight and $ that this is a challenge to motivate you to lose weight. Not a strategy or challenge for you to make $. 
This is optional! You do not have to participate. 
 I will be sharing some weight loss tips on Instagram throughout this challenge to help you achieve your goal. 
*all weigh-Ins will be on my scale and will be with shoes on! 

All money that goes into the pot needs to be given in cash. 
Year Payment "buy now" below: $1350.00 Get 2 sessions free with the year price. You may also pay cash, check, or venmo. 



No Sign-up necessary, just show up at class!

Classes will be Monday- Thursday. All Classes are 1 hour long

Boot Camp Sessions are 5 weeks long
$180.00/ 20 workouts that can be used anytime during the session

Cash, Check, Venmo, Paypal are accepted as payment

*You may sign-up for a session at any time during the session as long, it does not have to be on the start date. If you run out of classes in your package and would like to purchase more classes it will be $15 per class.  

*Youth (high-school and younger) may do $10 drop in's for all classes. No bundle purchase required. 


*Please note, unused classes are NOT transferable to another session. They must be used within the 5 week session. They will expire at the end of each session. Non-refundable.

*Workout bundles may only be used by 1 member. Workouts may not be split between multiple people during a session.

*All Boot Campers may interchange between class times each day to best fit their schedule. 

*We do not use a monthly Auto Pay system. There is no contract. 

*You may start working out with us at anytime during the session, you do not have to start the first day of the session
